SHSM Day Virtual Conference

The Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) is a specialized program that allows students to gain credits toward their Ontario Secondary School Diploma and focus their learning on a specific economic sector at the same time.

In response to COVID-19, Fair Chance Learning produced the first virtual SHSM conference calling on industry leaders and innovators to engage students in STEM-related activities that develop innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.

The experience included a three-hour live conference, follow-along resources for students as well as custom SPE workbooks.
