Remote Learning Strategies from a Remote Organization

Updated: 5 days ago

Allow me to set the scene, it's a frigid, snowy Wednesday morning. Traffic is sure to be a nightmare, but for the FCL team road conditions rarely make an impact. Instead we are all busy at work, in our own little corners of the globe, scattered around Ontario and across the pond in London, England. Rarely in the same place at the same time, we stay connected and accessible with Microsoft Teams. Since our conception (almost 10 years ago), FCL has been a remote organization; in that time we have developed successful practices and strategies to optimize technology for high performance.

With recent concerns regarding COVID-19, working and learning remotely has become a certainty for many. The reality of what's in front of us can seem disconcerting, FCL is approaching the coming weeks with a growth mindset and as an opportunity to broaden skills. We want to share what we've learned, how we successfully collaborate and maintain a strong culture in an online environment and develop resourcefulness and resilency.

There are many ways to leverage online tools and we are here to build and scale with you. For the week of March 23rd-27th join us for FREE webinars from 9:30 -10:30 AM EST for supportive discussions and how-to's.
