Martha began her career 15 years ago in education technology as an Educational Specialist at York University, providing learning strategies and assistive technology support for students with disabilities while completing her Master’s degree in Critical Disability Studies. Martha is a Microsoft Education tools advocate and holds the partnership position of Microsoft Education Canada's Professional Learning Specialist. Martha is passionate about knowledge mobilization, and supporting educators to help them provide every student with a fair chance to reach their potential.
Dustin Jez is the cofounder of Fair Chance Learning. Dustin focuses on educational leadership and professional development in a modern contemporary learning environment. He has worked extensively in developing professional development programming and instructional strategies for schools and school boards across Canada striving to successfully align technology with overall Board learning goals. He is passionate about improving achievement outcomes for ALL students, professional development, leadership, and meaningful technology integration.

Michelle is an award-winning marketer and business-minded professional. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in Marketing, and a Post-graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications. Michelle thoughtfully combines creativity, strategy and best practices to ensure excellence in every detail. Her passion is rooted in sharing knowledge and providing meaningful experiences to help inspire and enable others.
Professional Learning Associate
Barb is an educator and lifelong learner, passionate about making mathematics accessible to all. As a previous educator with Thames Valley District School Board in London Ontario, and a Provincial Mathematics Professional Learning Facilitator, Barb offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in integrating new technology with math curriculum. Barb works with District School Boards across Canada delivering professional learning on computational thinking, coding and integrating programmable devices, Makey Makey and more. She strives to empower educators to see the many technology connections that can enhance their curriculum.

Titus' focus is on creating platforms and opportunity for impact through innovation, collaboration and creative exploration. An early leader in the maker movement, Titus has extensive involvement in Canadian creative, technology and startup communities, and provides a wealth of expertise, inspiration, and support for technology in the classroom.
